• Promoting architectural trends and practices to encourage the design of healthy and sustainable buildings
• Developing products and services to support better use of existing materials, reuse and recycling (e.g. Local manufacture in Auckland and Christchurch, GIB® cut-to-length service to reduce waste and site-waste recycling into compost)
• Preventing health risks related to products for construction workers and end users
