GIB Ultraline® PLUS
On the 10th of February the Department of Building and Housing issued an update that clarified that all users of Acceptable Solution B1/AS1 must now follow the latest version which references NZS 3604:2011. The notification also outlined the testing and evaluation method for testing and re-evaluating existing bracing systems based on old protocols. Click here for more information.
Given the need to align the GIB Ultraline® PLUS Lining System with NZS3604:2011 the literature has been revised to reflect new bracing values. A copy of the updated literature can be downloaded on this page.

GIB Ultraline®'s special Pearlcoat coated white surface paper has a finer, smoother texture, and a special mix of plaster and fibreglass reinforcing in its core.
The modified core provides density and rigidity whilst the smoother paper enhances the finish quality.
Showpiece areas of a home such as entranceways, lounges and dining rooms deserve extra attention, as they're the areas seen most often by visitors and by those who live in the house. These features make it more solid and rigid than 10mm GIB® standard plasterboard and result in an enhanced finish quality.
