Enhancing Customer Experience with New DTS Text Messaging Features

At Winstone Wallboards, we are always striving to improve our customer experience, and we're excited to announce two new features in our Delivered to Site (DTS) text messaging system for site contacts, designed to make your interactions with us smoother, faster and more transparent.  

 

Introducing DTS Site Inspection Report and Proof of Delivery Text Messages  

To streamline communication and provide you with more timely updates, we’re launched two automated text message features: 

Site Inspection Report Message: As soon as the site inspection is completed, the site contact will receive a message with immediate access to the complete report. This ensures quick access to the site’s requirements for delivery and confirms the correct delivery method.  

Proof of Delivery Message: Once your delivery is completed, you will receive an automated text message containing a link to view the name and signature of the person who signed for delivery, as well as photos showing your delivered product. This helps to provide clear, reliable proof that your order has arrived safety and successfully.   

Both text messages are automatically sent when the tasks are completed, so you don’t have to wait for manual confirmation. The links provided in the messages will be available for seven days, giving you easy access whenever you need it. Should you require access after this period, simply contact our Customer Services team for a copy.
