New guide for medium density housing takes top design principles from around the world and provides solutions tailored specifically for the growing New Zealand market.

Medium, a new book by Guy Marriage, has just been released, bringing new solutions for medium density housing to New Zealand. Medium density housing is a growth market here, especially in large urban centres around the country. It is the key to solving many housing issues in New Zealand, however the concept is relatively new to the country, and brings its own set of challenges.
