COVID-19 Update

Winstone Wallboards is closely monitoring COVID-19 developments and is continuing to follow the latest expert guidance to take a practical and conservative approach to the health and well-being of staff, customers and the wider community.

Supply Continuity:

At this point in time we do not have supply continuity concerns and are holding healthy stock levels.

Direct to Site Delivery services continue to operate normally.

To mitigate risk, key customer facing departments including customer services, technical support and distribution have been broken into smaller operating groups and where practical housed separately.

We have increased site cleaning regimes and are following personal hygiene guidelines and social distancing practices.

Winstone Wallboards representatives are following social distancing practices and will respect your preferences regarding face to face contact.  Please let them know if you would prefer phone only contact at this point in time.

Additionally, we are working on ramping up the use of digital communications and internet based conferencing and training to allow a level of this activity to continue without the need for face to face contact.
