We are pleased to advise that Winstone Wallboards has been granted an exemption to manufacture and distribute from Auckland during Alert Level 4 to support building activity in areas outside of Auckland.  This can take place with the appropriate health and safety protocols and restriction in place.

From 1 September, when areas outside of Auckland moved to Level 3, Winstone Wallboards has been providing product distribution services to the South Island and Wellington. 

The exemption means that from Monday 13 September Winstone Wallboards is able to resume Freight Into Merchant product distribution services from Auckland to the North Island (outside of Auckland).   Additionally, the exemption allows recommencement of GIB^® Compounds distribution nationwide.  Previously these activities were not permitted from Auckland under Level 4.

We appreciate various Alert Levels and the associated restrictions have been hugely disruptive across the industry. 

We are very pleased to now have the ability to supply product to all areas of New Zealand where building activity is permissible under current Alert levels.
