I trust you enjoyed a relaxing break and have returned to work optimistic for the year ahead.
Positive news for our industry with some economists and media reporting more enquiries for renovations and new builds as interest rates reduce and consumer confidence is forecast to improve.
We’re looking forward to another year connecting with our customers and providing technical support and services to make your life easier. You’ll see us at key industry meetings and events, including ADNZ, Master Builders, NZIOB, Certified Builders, NZIA, AWCI and NAWIC events where we’ll educate, listen, learn and celebrate our industry, people, projects and successes.
As part of our ‘better never stops’ focus, we’ve upgraded our customer service call centre system to measure and track our calls and issue resolution and identify areas we can develop and improve.
